Testing for Probation, Parole & Court-Ordered Clients

If you’re required to complete drug or alcohol testing as part of a court order, probation, parole, or other legal agreement, Colorado Health Services is here to support you—without judgment.

We work with individuals navigating the justice system, including those on probation, parole, pre-trial release, drug court, bond conditions, and DUI monitoring programs.

What to Expect When You Arrive

1. Check In

Provide your name and let us know the type of test you’re here for (urine, oral fluid, breath alcohol, etc.). If you’re court-ordered, please bring any paperwork or test authorization provided by your probation officer or the court.

2. Collection

We’ll guide you through the collection process in a private, respectful setting. All tests follow strict chain-of-custody procedures to ensure sample integrity.

3. Results Reporting

Depending on your test type, results may be available immediately (e.g., breath alcohol or instant screens) or sent to a lab for confirmation. We’ll report results directly to your probation officer, court, or designated contact according to the instructions you provide.

Your Choice

Many of our justice-involved clients have the option to choose their own testing facility. If that’s you, here’s why people choose Colorado Health Services:

  • Extended hours: We know it’s hard to make a 9–5 appointment when you’re working or managing other responsibilities.
  • Convenient location: Right downtown on Pikes Peak Ave, close to transit and parking.
  • No-judgment service: We treat every client with professionalism and respect.
  • Flexible scheduling: Walk-ins are often welcome, and we can accommodate same-day requests when possible.

Respect & Privacy

We understand that being involved in the justice system can feel stressful or stigmatizing. Our goal is to make the testing process as simple and comfortable as possible.

We treat everyone with dignity. You’re not a case number—you’re a person, and we respect your privacy and your time.

We follow protocol, not assumptions. We don’t make judgments about your situation. We simply provide accurate testing and timely reporting, as required.

We’re here to help you stay compliant. Whether you’re on probation, in drug court, or meeting bond requirements, we want to support you in meeting your obligations.
